A 25-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of drugs offences after a car was stopped and searched in Tamworth today (July 3).
Officers stopped a black Renault Megane in Bancroft just before 11am and arrested a man on suspicion of possessing cannabis with intent to supply.
Cash, phones and cannabis were seized. Another man was arrested for the same offence following a subsequent search at a property.
Both men remain in custody.
