NEIGHBOURS quick actions have resulted in three arrests in Tamworth as Burglars were caught red-handed
Three men have been arrested on suspicion of a series of burglaries in the same street.
Thanks to quick thinking neighbours, they heard noises in a nearby house in Barbara Street, Tamworth and immediately called police about their suspicions, just before 8:30pm on Sunday 22 January.
Officers arrived a short while later to discover the burglary was in progress, and the youths were seen running from the scene. There is a significant amount of damage to the property, and multiple items have been taken from inside and outside from a neighbour’s shed.
The three men were aged between 18 and 22 and have been bailed pending further inquiries.
