THE award-winning Drayton Manor Theme Park opens its gates to the public for its main season this Saturday, 21st March for its 65th anniversary.
To celebrate the attraction is slashing the price of a family pass by offering a family of four entrance to the park and access to all of its attractions for just £65*. The exclusive anniversary offer runs throughout the 2015 main season and provides a whopping 55% saving, compared to on the gate prices.
The popular family attraction has also pledged to create lots of family fun by continuing to offer competitively priced tickets, which haven’t seen a price hike for three years running. It has also removed its peak ticketing scheme so even cheaper days out can be enjoyed all year round.
For the best value, customers are advised to book seven days or more in advance to take advantage of the following great discounts; adult (12+) tickets at £20, children (aged 4-11), grandees (60+) and disabled visitors and their carers priced at £15.
The more spontaneous guests, booking less than seven days in advance, can still enjoy great prices of £25 for adult (12+) tickets and £20 for children (aged 4-11), grandees (60+), disabled guests and carers. Children aged 2 to 3 remain at £5 and under 2s are always welcome free of charge.
On the gate entry for adults (12+) remains at £36, with a price of £27 for both children and grandees (4-11 & 60+). Disabled visitors and their helpers will also pay just £27 on the gate. Meanwhile, those aged 2-3 years are £5 and under 2s continue to be free. It always pays to book in advance as visitors can receive savings of up to £16 per ticket**.
Following on from last year, family passes will also be available on the gate, admitting families of three, four or five at a reduced rate.
For those looking for fun all year round, Drayton Manor offers season passes, which enable unlimited admission from 21st March to 30th October*** 2015, totalling 224 possible days of fun! Season passes are priced at just £60 each, or £30 for children aged 2-3. Not only does the pass provide unlimited fun for the whole family, but great value for money being the most competitively priced season pass of the top UK family theme park attractions for the 2015 season****. Season pass holders will also receive exclusive discounts throughout the attraction.
New this year, following feedback from 2014 season pass holders, Drayton Manor Theme Park has also introduced season pass plus, with a host of added benefits.
Priced at £90 for adults and £45 for children aged 2-3, season pass plus includes unlimited access to the park from 1st March 2015 to 28th February 2016**, including February half term 2016, access to the 65th Anniversary Fireworks Spectacular and unlimited access to Magical Christmas with one Father Christmas experience per season pass holder*****, as well as the other great discounts and benefits included with the season pass.
The park officially opens its gates for the 2015 season and its 65th year as a family owned and run theme park on Saturday 21st March. It promises to be another big year for the park, with the hugely popular Thomas Land™ undergoing a £2.5 million expansion, which will result in a 40% size increase and will see the arrival of brand new rides and attractions.
