ARE your children mad about monkeys, crazy about cats or do they think owls are a hoot? If so, then your junior animal lovers are invited to come along to Drayton Manor’s Zoo Club.
From Sunday 23rd to Friday 28th August, running from 9.30am to 12.30pm, the club will provide an up close and personal experience with a range of different animal species.
The club is for children aged 8 to 12 year with a passion for animals. It’s also perfect for those looking for some furry fun this summer!
Each session will focus on a different animal theme and cover a range of fun activities like Cheeky Monkeys, where youngsters will learn all about the zoo’s primates, and Big Cats, where children will watch the tigers get a present, and make some fun toys for our leopards to play with!
The cost of this once in a lifetime experience is just £20 per session or £100 for all six sessions. Children that attend all six will also get a special Drayton Manor Welcome Pack with a free ticket to return, and a certificate celebrating their zoo keeping achievements!
Gemma Hilton-Tapp, part of Drayton Manor Theme Park’s Education Team, said; “The Zoo Club is such a fantastic week and everyone involved thoroughly enjoys it. It’s always great for the children to have lots of fun while learning at the same time. Not only will our junior zoo keepers leave with some fantastic memories and huge smiles on their faces, but they will also have learnt a lot more about the fascinating world of animals”.
If you would like to treat your child to a scaly and sensational week, filled with snakes, meerkats, leopards, monkeys and much more, please visit www.draytonmanor.co.uk/zoo, or alternatively contact Gemma in the Discovery Centre on firstname.lastname@example.org.
