A SECOND family woke up yesterday morning to discover that their car had been stolen from outside their house whilst they slept in bed.
The Leyfields family woke up yesterday (Friday 25 March) to discover that their house had been broken into whilst they slept in bed and their Ford Focus RS had been stolen from outside their house.
The offenders broke in to the rear door of the family home before taking the keys and driving away in the vehicle shortly before 6am.
The white Ford Focus RS, with black detailing has a registration number of SY59DLX.
We reported yesterday that a white Range Rover Sport was also stolen early Friday morning and reports on Facebook suggest that the vehicles were seen travelling together along Hockley Road.
We also warned residents yesterday about an attempted break-in at a home in Coton Green. This resident has also informed Tamworth Informed that he did have a desirable car on his driveway at the time.
