Local mum reaches final in London Business Awards.

MUM of 5, Louise Watson, has beat thousands of entrants to reach the final of the Mum and Working Awards held in London on September 22nd.

The 36 year old mum of 5 from Lichfield has been nominated as Most Inspirational Business Parent of the Year.

The prestigious award ceremony hosted by Natwest and in association with Buildforme.com, highlight amazing individuals, inspiring employees and the many examples of flexible, family friendly employment.

The competition has been tough this year with double the entrants. VIP judges include Caprice Bourret and Annabel Karmel MBE.

Louise has overcome many struggles in the past few years and is now using her experiences to inspire and support other women. The mum of 5 helps women to discover their strengths and encourages them to focus on achieving their personal and business goals.

Louise runs her own business, The Ab Fab Academy, coaching women to make positive lifestyle changes through nutrition and fitness. The online academy also encourages women to focus on health and happiness rather than a number on the scales. Therefore taking women away from the pressure of having to be a certain weight. Louise has built up her following on social media and happily shares her daily lifestyle to encourage others to go for what they believe in.

Networking has also become a big part of Louise’s work life and she is branch leader of Networking Mummies Lichfield and Tamworth. Again she plays a supportive role with her focus being on seeing others succeed.

Having already won an award this year for Networking Branch Leader of the Year, Louise is hoping another award win will encourage and inspire women to start up their own businesses.

“My aim is to show women, especially mums, and especially single mums, that you can achieve whatever you put your focus to” Louise told Tamworth Informed. “I want to be the one that makes a difference in other people’s lives”
