MONSTER-LED Trick or Treating is part of the Halloween fun being lined up for youngsters at Ankerside Shopping Centre
The Scary Saturday fun-day on October 31, from 11am to 4pm, will include a monster mash-up plus freaky face-painting.
Youngsters are being encouraged to come along in their Halloween outfits to have their faces painted, ready for their own parties at home or for when they set out Trick or Treating.
The free event will conclude with a Trick or Treat monster march around the busy shopping centre, with retailers handing out treats to youngsters dressed in Halloween finery.
Ankerside Shopping Centre deputy manager Jeff Wigley said: “Many of our stores will be getting into the spirit of Halloween, with staff dressed up in all sort of scary outfits ready to hand out treats for children.
“I’m looking forward to seeing families have a great time at Ankerside, getting ready for their own Halloween parties at home, or going Trick or Treating.”
Ankerside Shopping Centre, open daily, is home to 60 stores, from fashion, health and beauty to services and food and drink, and has more than 700 parking spaces.
