Mind Over Miles is a free running group that follows a 9 week program.
We run 3 days a week at the castle grounds. Its a program that helps beginners to become runners in 9 weeks.
I set up mind over miles to help people who suffer mental health issues because myself I suffered severe depression and anxiety for many years until I became a runner so I wanted to help and inspire people on the community to not suffer in silence.
We are NOT just any running group we are a family. We help support one another and I help you believe you are capable of so much more than you realise.
