Tuesday, 19th March 2019

OFFICERS from Staffordshire Police have launched an appeal to locate a woman who left hospital before her treatment was completed.

The woman left A&E at Queens Hospital on Belvedere Road in Burton at around 3am on Sunday morning (17 March). She gave the name Sarah Robinson to staff, however there is a possibility that these details could be false.

She is described as white, mid-30’s, of medium build with light brown hair in a ponytail and wearing glasses.

“We are becoming increasingly concerned for the welfare of the woman,”

Detective Inspector Giles Parsons

She was last seen wearing a dark coloured waterproof coat with a hoodie underneath, a dark red and white checked shirt, black leggings, tan Chelsea boots, and carrying a grey handbag.

It is believed that the missing woman has access to a vehicle.

“We are hoping that a member of the public may have seen the woman, possibly known as Sarah, since Sunday morning and can help us to locate her quickly to ensure that she is safe and well.”

Anyone with any information is asked to contact Staffordshire Police on 101 immediately quoting incident number 136 of 17 March.
